Currently, we are seeking an interim finance manager for one of their business units in Poland. This role is crucial for supporting the local team during a significant transformation program.

Job Challenge:

  • prepare monthly financial reporting

  • prepare budget, forecasts, variance analysis, KPIs etc

  • follow up on cash position and liquidity planning of the company, propose active measures

  • monitor working capital, customer and product profitability

Manager Skills:

Job Challenge:

As the Managing Director for our client's Balkan operations, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the company's expansion efforts across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership and Strategic Direction: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive growth and profitability in line with the company's objectives. 

  • Team Management: Motivate, inspire, and coordinate a diverse team of approximately 100 employees across multiple locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. 

  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion and penetration, leveraging your understanding of the Balkan region's dynamics and business landscape.
