To facilitate this growth, we are seeking for a Senior Client Managing Partner, who will strenghten their local presence, assess market trends, and identify potential acquisition targets, including key decision-makers.

Job Challenge:

  • develop and execute strategies for business development to ensure solid market growth in the Middle East

Manager Skills:

  • strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

Our client, a prominent German company in the metal industry, operates across multiple sectors including automotive and utilities. They boast a broad range of products and a diverse clientele. Currently, we are seeking an interim finance manager for one of their business units in Poland. This role is crucial for supporting the local team during a significant transformation program.

Job Challenge:

  • prepare monthly financial reporting

  • prepare budget, forecasts, variance analysis, KPIs etc

  • follow up on cash position and liquidity planning of the company, propose active measures

  • monitor working capital, customer and product profitability

  • prepare ad hoc analysis for the top management

  • actively cooperate with the HQ

Manager Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in controlling, reporting, budgeting

  • solid track record in manufacturing environments

  • SAP experience is a plus, as well as IT competencies

One of their key assets is a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Belgrade, Serbia, with subsidiaries across the Balkan region, including Romania. Specializing in the education and training segment, the company delivers innovative on-site and remote training solutions to a wide range of clients.

Job Challenge:

As the Managing Director for our client's Balkan operations, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the company's expansion efforts across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership and Strategic Direction: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive growth and profitability in line with the company's objectives. 

  • Team Management: Motivate, inspire, and coordinate a diverse team of approximately 100 employees across multiple locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. 

  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion and penetration, leveraging your understanding of the Balkan region's dynamics and business landscape. 

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional training solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, optimizing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 

  • Financial Management: Drive financial performance by effectively managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue generation opportunities.

Manager Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the education or training sector, with a track record of successfully managing and expanding business operations. 

  • Strong understanding of the Balkan region's market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business environment. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Serbian and/or Romanian would be advantageous.
